Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All Products sold on this Site are digital and delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical goods, and no shipping charges apply.

2. How Delivery Works

• Once your payment is successfully completed, you will be automatically redirected to a confirmation page.
• The confirmation page contains a link to join our private WhatsApp group for the class you purchased.
• Your live class link and any bonus resources are shared inside that WhatsApp group. The workshop is live-only — no recording is provided.

3. Delivery Timeline

Access is delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation. If you do not see the confirmation page or are unable to join the WhatsApp group within 30 minutes of payment, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If delivery fails due to a technical error on our end, we will resolve your access manually or move you to the next available session, as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your Responsibility

Please ensure the email/phone number you provide at checkout is accurate and that WhatsApp is active on that number, as this is how your class access is delivered.
