By accessing this website ("Site") or purchasing any class, webinar, or digital product ("Product") from SARVESH ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
We sell digital educational classes and webinars related to digital product business, Meta Ads, and related topics. Products are delivered electronically via a private WhatsApp group and/or direct links — no physical goods are shipped.
You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing with the consent of a parent/guardian, to buy a Product on this Site.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
After successful payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with a link to join our private WhatsApp group. Your class access link and resources will be shared inside that group. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details at checkout and to join the WhatsApp group promptly.
All course content, materials, videos, templates, and resources provided as part of a Product are the intellectual property of SARVESH and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or upload this content to any other platform without our prior written consent.
Access to the private WhatsApp group is a privilege extended to enrolled students. We reserve the right to remove any member from the group who shares content outside the group, engages in abusive behavior, or violates WhatsApp's own terms of service.
Our classes are educational in nature. While we share practical, real-world strategies, we do not guarantee any specific income, results, or business outcome, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort and market conditions.
All payments are final and non-refundable. The workshop is live-only and no recording is provided. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SARVESH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products or Site.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
