We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you face any issue with accessing your Google Drive link or the content, please contact us first — we will resolve it quickly.
🔄 Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- The Google Drive link was not delivered after successful payment
- The link is broken or inaccessible and we are unable to fix it within 48 hours
- You were charged twice for the same order
- Request is made within 7 days of purchase
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
- You have already accessed and downloaded content from the Google Drive
- You changed your mind after receiving the link
- Refund request is made after 7 days of purchase
- Issues caused by your own Google account or device
📋 How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 7 days of your purchase
- Provide your Razorpay Payment ID (received after payment)
- Briefly describe the issue you faced
- We will review and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days
💳 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
