2. Product Description

The Mega Video Pack is a digital product consisting of a Google Drive folder link containing 1 Million+ videos across various categories including AI generated, animated, cartoon, motivational, educational and more.

3. License & Usage

• The pack is for personal use only
• You may not resell, redistribute or share the Google Drive link with others
• You may not claim ownership of the videos
• Commercial use of the videos is subject to the original copyright holders' terms
• One purchase = one user license

4. Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Price is ₹149 (Indian Rupees) — one-time payment
• The Google Drive link is delivered instantly after successful payment
• We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or card issuer

5. Intellectual Property

The videos in the pack are sourced from publicly available content. We do not claim copyright ownership over the videos. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

@sarveshh.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid (₹149).

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
